Flyers started well in the game, after 2 minutes it was 4:0. But then Levice put up the speed. The undersized Flyers tied everything, but the Slovakian side controlled the game from second minute. The Slovakian defense was solid, after first quarter they were leading 8:18. The second quarter was defined by a brutal efficiency of Levice on three-pointers. They hit seven out of 11 and they gained momentum in the game. The Flyers could only react, so after first half it was 30:54.

After halftime, the defense on the side of Wels gained up tempo. It was not easy for Levice to find the open player. With a lot of speed the Austrians tried to score, but they did not find a rhythm. After 30 minutes it was 43:71. The last quarter was a copy from the third quarter. Both teams gave players time to play, they all played with intensity. Scoring was not so easy, because on the defensive end, the teams could match up.
